Transfer Pricing Director - Dublin, Ireland

Kingpin International are partnering with a renowned market-leading client based in the heart of Dublin to source a high-flying Transfer Pricing Director to complement their successful and well-established Transfer Pricing team.

Your key responsibilities

As an accomplished Transfer Pricing Director, you will predominantly focus on successfully managing a comprehensive portfolio of reputable clients to accommodate all Transfer Pricing requirements. This role will also see the Transfer Pricing Director leading business development and subsequent marketing initiatives for the broad client database. 

You will also be confident in heading up both European and Global Transfer Pricing engagements. Another key element of this role is effectively motivating and managing your team, providing training, mentorship and guidance, to ensure they excel within the team. 

Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will have obtained dedicated Transfer Pricing experience of at least 10 years or more, in one of the Big 4 Firms. You will have expertise working within a mature market whilst collaborating with MNC’s from a broad range of industry sectors. We are also looking for professional candidates who have proven team management in a Consulting environment, with the ability to successfully manage and mentor a large team. 

As Transfer Pricing Director, you will be able to demonstrate a progressive career through consistent promotions along with limited employers and have proven longevity in previous roles. You will have a track record of delivering quality work for multinational clients on Transfer Pricing with strong technical capabilities such as managing and delivering large and complex Transfer Pricing projects. 

A relevant degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Law is essential for this role.
