Your new company
Be the Head of Compliance for a rapidly growing leading payments firm. A globally present company operating across; London, Dubai, Copenhagen, Dallas, Miami, Pune, and Singapore.
Your new role
This role will allow you to provide leadership for the Compliance function across the globe, including advising and guiding on compliance to all members of the organisation. You will be responsible for promoting a positive compliance culture throughout your role. It will require you to act as MLRO when relevant as well as the Data Protection Officer and the Head of Compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You would have extensive experience working for a payments or e-money firm prior, along with working as a MLRO / Head of Compliance in a financial firm. Therefore, it is key that you are familiar with the regulations of an Electronic Money Institution. As the role is Advisory heavy, it is essential that you have previous experience in providing regulatory advice.
Ability to demonstrate leadership and market presence relating to best practises is crucial for this role. Moreover, knowledge of PCI:DSS, SSAE18, SOC1 / SOC2 and ISO27001 is preferred.
