Hands on finance manager role within the UK arm of a global business.

A successful global business with an exceptional portfolio of products and services seek to appoint a Finance Manager into their modern work environment in North East Hampshire.
Your new role
You will lead a local team to ensure the month end requirements across your portfolio are managed on a timely and accurate manner. You will produce financial and management reports on a periodic & annual basis whilst producing weekly flash reports to showcase financial performance across key KPI's. You will work within an environment of continuous improvement and focus on enhancing processes where possible. Furthermore you will provide mentorship and advice to your wider team to ensure a best in class service to their respective stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with a preference for those who have worked within or with an international business (either at a divisional or HQ level). You will demonstrate strong management and financial reporting skills and a strong leadership style.
