Interim or Temp Finance Manager for Global Real Estate Business


Your new company
My client is a global real estate business and you will be sitting in their impressive UK Finance team. We've worked with this business for a number of years and they always hire the best people so you'll be part of a very high performing team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles. Ensuring all requirements are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You will also get a broad experience looking at cashflow, treasury, VAT and audit.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for a qualified accountant who ideally has trained in practice, but technically strong ACCA candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of reporting experience in industry however they will look at Top 10 Audit Managers also. You will have exceptional communication skills and be an ambitious, bright individual who wants to join a team of like-minded people.

What you'll get in return
You will be on an initial temporary contract but with a view to go permanent. The Temporary contract will be 6 months and on a daily rate of £350-£450/day depending on experience. You will be working for a super impressive company with an excellent line manager who is keen to develop you.
