Corporate Accounting Manager - Real Estate
Your new company
You will be working for a global property developer with a number of known flagship destinations. They are looking to implement SAP and so require additional support in their finance team whilst others are directing their time towards this 'go live' procedure. They are committed to continued development being carried out sustainably, with a number of pipeline projects.
Your new role
You will be their Corporate Accounting Manager, with the key objective of delivering the quarterly management and financial reporting for their Europe group and corporate entities. Key duties include:
- Reporting for 50+ entities
- Review of CAPEX reporting
- Managing intercompany recharges and settlement
- Supporting Head of Consolidation and Corporate Accounting on an ad hoc basis
- Continuous system and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with an in-depth knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS. There are over 50 entities in the group, so an ideal candidate will have experience reporting for a similar group size. Previous experience of the real estate sector is beneficial but not a prerequisite for this position. If you have SAP experience this can support with the ongoing system project.
