Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business in the heart of Great Yarmouth.


Your new company
Founded nearly 10 years ago with a single mind set, to an established organisation with further growth plans in place. You will be joining a business that are going through a period of growth and are actively looking to expand their team. Due to this, we have been retained exclusively to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent full time basis.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will be establishing and maintaining robust budgeting, financial planning and forecasting process and reporting. Responsible for preparing and presenting the monthly management accounts; cash flow management; monthly payroll review; balance sheet control; project costing; ledger integrity; compliance and internal controls. As part of the role, you will also be supporting and reporting into the Managing Director, as well as business partnering with the operational department leads providing financial advice and analysis. Even though this is a hands on Finance Manager position responsible for the finance departments day-to-day functions, the role is also very commercially focused and offers a wide variety which is attractive to most. You will be working a standard 39 hour week with flexibility on start and finish times, and an early finish on a Friday. As an added bonus, they are willing to offer a hybrid working policy to the right candidate if required.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience, however this is desirable not essential. So, if you're a QBE accountant and interested in this role, please do apply! We're looking for someone who is a team player and has the ability to motivate a small team, has a strong commercial acumen, has experience working with and supporting operational departments, and is confident being the No1 in finance reporting directly into the Managing Director.
