As a Risk Analytics Data Architect you will:

  • Identify and specify analytics solution data requirements (both structured and unstructured) seeking to leverage existing assets and create new ones.  This will include data lake/warehouse high level design and integration patterns.

  • Develop and maintain a logical data model that underpins the core services offered within Risk Business Units.

  • Follow and/or set data standards and support our business in developing their understanding of core data in the context of ingestion, storage, transformation and insight derivation

  • Collaborate with the Risk Analytics Business Unit and Growth Accelerator Leads, and consult with other technical experts, to identify the most appropriate data design, ingestion, storage and integration required to deliver high complexity Risk Analytics solutions; and mobilise an efficient and effective delivery model.

  • Lead the delivery, through our three tiered delivery model, of a portfolio of data services and products to be delivered through the Risk Analytics Solutions Hub.

  • Work with other delivery teams across Risk, other lines of service and PwC network firms to understand available data, leverage assets, drive integration and minimise duplication.

  • Be expected to understand and deliver within firmwide risk and quality policies and procedures (including data privacy and security) and guide our teams on the implications of the same within their solution development and client delivery.
