A Senior Finance Business Partner role for a professional services business based in Bath

Your new company
This professional service business has gone through an exciting period of change, that will set the business up for future growth. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the business on a permanent basis in this newly created role.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director and working with the partners across the business, this role will provide key financial analysis to support current and future growth plans for the business. That will include providing tender support and profitability analysis on new projects. In addition, this role will provide support across month end and assist in cash flow projections including budgeting and forecasting. Another key part of the role will be to support the projects team in developing a new system for the IT and finance team and this role will take the lead from a finance perspective.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in a professional services setting. Ideally you will have significant experience supporting a business in commercial decision making but also, a benefit would be system implementation experience.


What you'll get in return
The role is based in Central Bath and the policy for the business is 2/3 days a week in the office, although you can opt to do more. They are offering a competitive salary, a bonus scheme and other benefits.
