Senior management account role for a global packaging company. Based in Leicestershire.

A large global packaging company, a leader in their specific packaging technology market. Operating in 47 countries spread out across the globe. Committing themselves to achieve customer satisfaction through high quality products. One of the largest packaging companies in the world serving markets such as: beverages, food, health & beauty, luxury goods, metals to name a few.
Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of variances
- Preparing the internal management pack
- Involvement in preparing annual budget and 3 full year rolling forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures in accordance with Group policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley compliance
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Ad hoc project work
- Rolling monthly forecasts
- Preparing weekly cash-flow forecasts
- Reviewing VAT and intrastats returns
Profile
- Qualified, preferably CIMA
- Will consider qualified by experience with relevant manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years management accountant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of JD Edwards is advantageous
- Showing the drive to help the business perform and grow
- Attention to detail
- Analytical
- Commercial experience
- Proactive and efficient
