SENIOR INVESTMENT RELATIONS MANAGER - INTERNATIONAL GIANT - 12 MONTH FTC

Client Details

I am currently working on a 12-months FTC with a giant in the transport and logistics sector that is looking for a Senior Investment Relations Manager to act as the number 2 in the team.

Description

  • Support the Director of Investor Relations in the IR programme and deputise for the IR director as appropriate
  • Take accountability for managing relationships, and maintaining analyst engagement
  • Review models and research notes to develop an analyst education programme and oversee analyst-led events
  • Take responsibility for the consensus process, including the timing of the process and maintenance of the rolling consensus
  • Substantial input into all aspects of the financial reporting process
  • Financial modelling, analysis, reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Provision of guidance on FCA and other rules, and market best practices pertaining to IR

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Significant Investor Relations experience (preferably at the corporate level)
  • Immediately available (or at short notice)
