We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accounts Manager, with a strong practice background, to manage and support a team of management accountants and bookkeepers, providing outsourced client services (including VAT and FCA returns) to a diverse range of clients. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and oversee the preparation and completion of management financial statements, VAT and FCA returns
Review clients’ payroll when prepared by the payroll department
Manage bookkeeping services and ensure they are provided in an accurate and timely manner
Liaise with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
Ensure WIP levels are kept within set budgets and instruct corrective actions when budget over runs
Lead, motivate, train and support a team of Bookkeepers and Management Accountants in building effective relationships with our clients
Identify and develop new client opportunities. Develop strong relationships internally and externally to leverage work opportunities.
