Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day finances and ownership of month end.

- Management of finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, residential cash accounts, capital & fixed Assets, and VAT
- Monthly management accounts preparation and reporting to departmental, senior management team and Board level
- Act as finance business partner with business units managers of all levels, including regular review of income and expenditure overview, and answering finance queries
- Production of annual budgets and forecasts for all areas of finance, in conjunction with departmental managers
