Your New Company
For your new role as Ethics and Compliance Manager you will report directly to the General Counsel. You will be tasked with taking ownership of multiple Compliance Tasks within the organisation, this will include but will not be limited to Whistleblowing, supplier due diligence and modern slavery.
In this role you will get the opportunity to build Compliance policy and procedure from scratch as this is a new position within the organisation, this means you will be able to create a truly meaningful impact on this multinational company and make a lasting mark on the organisation. This gives you the ability increase your learning and expand your skillset.
Due to this they are looking for someone who has the ability tread new ground therefore has experience when it comes to creating and implementation new polices and procedures rather than just having management existing ones.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience dealing in an Ethics and Compliance Role.
- Experience in implementing and developing new frameworks rather than managing them.
- Multiple year experience in a Compliance Role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
