Your new company
You will be joining a business with endless opportunities and flexible working arrangements on offer. The Head of Finance has been in his role for just under 1 year, and has been with the business for a total of 8+ years. He is looking to re-shape his team and is looking to add an experienced commercial accountant that is hungry to succeed, determined, driven, ambitious and able to deliver results.

Your new role
You will play a key role in shaping the performance agenda, providing the business with choices about revenue generation, profit optimisation and cost management, as well as ensure that this business area understands the consequences of decisions made. You will also educate the business to ensure that they understand their key value drivers and how they are performing against them, and their financial management responsibilities. Monitoring internal and industry trends, forecasts and competitor analysis, alongside identifying ongoing risks and opportunities, will also be key parts of the role.

This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation with lots of career progression.

They are ideally seeking the successful post-holder to be based in Norwich with hybrid working on offer (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home). They will however consider this role being based in either Bristol, London, Glasgow or Perth (Scotland).

What you'll need to succeed
Their preference for the successful post-holder will be a qualified accountant with experience in a similar business partnering or commercial accountant role, however they will consider applicants from different backgrounds, as well as applicants who are PQ or QBE. The essential requirement for the successful post-holder is to be hard working, hungry to succeed and wanting to thrive within a commercial organisation.
