Our client is a global manufacturing business looking to bring on an experienced qualified accountant as a Finance Business Partner to improve processes for 6 months.
Description
The Interim Finance Business Partner is responsible for:
Business Partner to manufacturing ( Production Manager)
Drive efficiency's in finance processes
Help the business manage their stock better
Month End close ( budgets, annual forecast, variance analysis)
1-2 days a week in the office. Office is near Buckingham/ Banbury region of Oxfordshire/ Bucks
The Finance Business Partner is contracted for 6 months to embedded robust financial processes so that the business can bring on a graduate into an established and effective position in 6-9 months time.
Profile
As the Interim Finance Business Partner you will be a fully qualified accountant ( CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience of change management/ process improvement in a complex, ideally manufacturing, business.
Experience of improving processes around stock management would be hugely beneficial although if you have extensive achievements on your cv highlighting process change that you have delivered in a business partnering/ commercial role would also be of benefit.
You will need to have full UK right to work and be able to get to the office at least once a week to sit with the FD and Plant Manager.
Job Offer
We have a 6 month contract paying £300-375 per day via an Umbrella/ PAYE basis. ( There is flexibility in the rate if you meet all the requirements and can attend the office more frequently.)
Looking for the contract to start in January/ February ( latest) 2023.
