Description

The FP&A Analyst will own and manage relationships with the Planning and Group finance teams, communicating key insights and drivers of month-end performance and offering a forward-looking view to support the achievement of business targets.

This role will offer exposure to working with senior management and playing a key role in strategic planning & cashflow performance, delivering insights on overall position and identifying risks & opportunities. You'll be working in a diverse business unit providing a variety of services utilising your commercial acumen and covering a range of accounting skills.

As an FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for:

Support the budgeting and formal forecast cycles including rolling forecast and long term business planningCreation of high-quality reports, analysis and commentary on performance to assist decision makingOwn and manage relationships wider to understand and communicate drivers of month-end performance and forward-looking view to support the achievement of targetsUnderstanding of cashflow performance and providing insights on the overall position including risks and opportunitiesProvide inputs into key finance initiatives and support with ad-hoc queries

Profile

We are keen to hear from candidates who are either newly qualified, or with 1-3 years post-qualified experience. Candidates with FP&A experience who are qualified by experience are also invited to apply.

Candidates will require outstanding communication skills, a strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. You will possess high level communication skills and be confident working with high level stakeholders and business leaders.
