Your new company
I am currently working with a global life reinsurance business looking to hire a senior finance business partner to join the team focused on a large, multi-year back office transformation programme. This is a market leading organisation with a big emphasis on workplace flexibility and culture.

Your new role
The role is broad and varied with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Setting up financial program structures for consistent tracking of financial data throughout the project.
  • Monitoring and tracking progress against the transformation plan, and making adjustments as necessary
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with the transformation process
  • Communicating progress and updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and team members
  • Cost Benefits analysis for each project initiative.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience working on change or transformation type projects. You will need a good background within financial accounting and excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
