Your new company is a specialist Management Consultancy Firm, they create change on both a digital and business level. They work closely with leadership within organisations of all sizes from private businesses to FTSE companies.
They currently have over 200 team members in 3 locations and have ambitious plans to expand in 2023. When they were founded nearly 10 years ago their plan was to create an improved Consultancy Firm that would be able to implement business wide positive change for their clients.
Your new role
Your new role as Business Assurance Manager will involve reporting to the Information Security and Quality Lead. This role will be responsible for different tasks such as directing the business through ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audits whilst being experienced with implementing both ISOs as well. This will also involve policy updates having to make sure these are done in conjunction with other parts of the business.
For this role you will need to have strong stakeholder management skills, this is due to having to make sure that all stakeholders are on board with changes meaning they have to have to have the ability to influence others.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Experience running Internal Audit programmes.
- Degree Qualified.
