Your new company

Your new company is a Top 10 Accounting firm with a Head Office in London, but also offices around the UK in strategic locations. The firm has multiple service lines including tax, accountancy, forensics, and Internal Audit. They also have a wide client base which ranges from major PLCs to SME firms, as well as individuals, their families and their businesses.


Your new role

In your new role as IT Assurance Manager for the firm, you will be expected to manage the planning, on-site fieldwork and completion of IT Audit and IT Assurance work across the firm's external and internal audit clients. As this role is working at Manager grade, you will also need to assist in the Business Development of IT Assurance services to existing clients and prospects.

this position is a people management role, and so you will need to manage, support and develop the more junior members of the IT Assurance team. Over time the expectation is for this team to become recognised as a real Best Practice function, and Centre of Excellence for IT Assurance - and so you will need to be a key part of developing the team around you to become this.


What you'll need to succeed

• IT Audit and/or IT Assurance experience
• CISA Qualification highly desirable
• Ability to develop business from existing and prospect clients
• Knowledge of IT Risk and IT Controls
