Your new company
Your new company is a fast growing Top 10 Accounting Firm, with offices around the UK, and this role being based in their London offices, with very easy commute from most places. They are office based 2 days per week, but could consider being more flexible for candidates further afield.
The Risk & Compliance team has won a lot of new business recently, and as such are looking to increase headcount in the team with this newly created role. You will work closely with the Manager, and Director, as the business looks to continue its growth and therefore will present some great development opportunities for you in the future.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be have a wide range of responsibilities relating to Risk, Compliance and Ethics. For example, a high level overview of responsibilities would include:
- Updating and maintaining the firm's compliance and ethics registers
- Preparing notifications to the ICAEW, as well as completion of the ICAEW Annual Return
- Supporting with the annual DPB, PA and Licensed Practice reviews and completing follow-up actions, as appropriate
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally a relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, ICA etc.)
- Ability to live and work in the UK without restriction or sponsorship
- Experience with Compliance
- Experience with Risk
- Knowledge of Ethics
