recently acquired SME business looking for new senior Finance professional to transform Finance function ( people and processes) and lead on integration.
Description
The Interim Interim Head of Finance/ Finance Director is responsible for stabilising, leading, and promoting better working practices in Finance.
Archaic processes need optimising and the business needs to provide robust financial information during the integration of the business into Group.
Profile
Interim Head of Finance/ Finance Director needs to be fully qualified Accountant (ACCA,CIMA,ACA) with experience working in SME and transforming finance process and leading a team (4 )
- Experience in developing best practice with demonstrable experience is required.
- Ideally, knowledge of integration of a business into group/ M&A is useful.
- Full UK Right to Work.
- 4 days per week required in the office, 1 day from home, ( Office is in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire)
- Retail/ FMCG/ Technology background useful not essential
