Your new company
Our client are one of the largest organisations in Worcestershire with an excellent reputation and a flexible approach to work.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will lead a small team, supporting a number of key operational areas of the business. You and the team will provide a mix of management accounting, business partnering and financial accounting for the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, although non-qualified accountants will be considered up to a salary of £54,000. The key elements of this role are people leadership and development, stake holder management and the day to day financial management and therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate this breadth of experience.

What you'll get in return
Although initially a 12 month contract, it is very possible there will be longer term permanent opportunities when you have your foot in the door. You will be able to work 2 days from home and the working week is a 35 hours, but they have a flexible approach.
