Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on an initial 6 month contract

Description
The role will entail but will not be exclusive to:
- Provide financial information and decision/analytical support to respective stakeholders in the Finance Team, Business Teams, Commercial teams.
- Produce a variety of timely daily/weekly monthly management reports; and, coordinate the monthly, quarterly & annual forecasting processes, including preparation and challenging of weekly forecasts, supporting long-term forecasts
- Coordinate the full budgeting cycle for interim & full year
- Provide strong financial business partnering to senior leadership to ensure that the relevant business unit plans and results are met and or exceeded and compliant with the relevant and statutory requirements for financial reporting
- Manage your direct reports effectively by mentoring them and support them to deliver timely and accurate work in an efficient manner
Profile
The successful candidate requires as a minimum:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Finance Business partnering experience
- Strong use and knowledge of excel plus business reporting systems
- Experience of building effective working relationships with other financial professionals and with non-finance managers/budget holders
- Proven experience in working across large and complex organisations
This role is a mixture of home and office based so candidates must be able to travel to Glasgow weekly
