Our client is a rapidly scaling, international multi-site business with a unique market offering in the interactive gaming space. With high profile VC backers, their ambitious growth plans are well under way. With this growth comes the opportunity for a Finance Manager, to focus on FP&A and join the team.   The role requires a keen ability to work at both Group and detail level. As a newly created role, it provides the new hire with the real chance to make their mark, push their boundaries and play a key role in the value creation journey in a company that is truly disrupting an industry.  

 Responsibilities:

  • To prepare insightful month end packs for review
  • Excel modelling
  • Providing analytical support for the leadership team including financial modelling and scenario building
  • Budget preparation including forecast reporting and variance analysis
  • Weekly and monthly cash forecasting and treasury management
  • Cost control across the organisation and analysis
  • Ad hoc duties as required and as the business develops further

Requirement:

  • You will be a qualified accountant (ACA. CIMA or ACCA)
  • Inquisitive with great attention to detail whilst able to focus on the bigger picture 
  • Highly organised, structured with advanced excel skills
  • Track record of building and managing complex excel models
  • Excellent written and verbal skills  
  • Experience in a Multi-site organization
