A superb Group Finance Manager role has arisen in a high growth, privte equity backed business in Ealing, West London.
Client Details
Michael Page Finance are delighted to be partnering an international storage and logistics business based near Ealing, West London. The group have posted 40% year on year growth and were brought by private equity in the summer. The business is about to embark on a significant growth strategy. This will be both organic and through a number of key acquisitions with circa 6 in pipeline for 2023 already.
The business has operations across London, New York, Chicago, L.A., Miami and Paris to name a few and provide services to HNWI and art galleries. This is a hugely exciting time for the business and they are looking to recruit a newly created Group Finance Manager who will report directly in to the the newly appointed Finance Director.
Description
The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- All financial accounting and consolidations
- Preparing the statutory accounts and year end
- Identifying and establishing controls
- Defining governance and policy
- Tax compliance
- Defining, establishing and improving processes
- Integration accounting (M&A)
- Balance sheet control and analysis
- Bank
Profile
The successful Group Finance Manager will be:
- A fully qualified practice trained accountant (ACA/ACCA) with some post qualified experience
- Ideally from a Top 20 practice looking for a first or second move
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of group, multi-currency consolidations
- Able to drive transformation
- Able to build working relationships in person and remotely
- Strong Excel skills
Job Offer
The Group Finance Manager role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000, depending on experience. Plus 10% bonus, healthcare and pension. The business also offer working from home 1-2 days per week.
