Your new job is at the HQ of a leading, high technology organisation based close to Weybridge, Surrey. With ambition growth plans as they expand their offering to their customers, they will be looking for you take on a progressive Commercial Finance Manager role to drive business performance.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your role will focus on several key areas to drive business performance and growth for the division. You will take responsibility for a small team (who are responsible for reporting and analysing business performance) including coaching and development to ensure the function is continuously improving. Alongside your Leadership, you'll business partner closely with Product Directors to support, challenge and to identity both risks and opportunities with high profile projects being delivered. You will have full ownership of the divisional budget of over £100m including reporting of results, planning, forecasting as well as financial reporting to HQ. This is a broad role where you'll need to analyse and convey complex financials to finance and non-finance in a fast paced environment!
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS/CA/equivalent) and significant post qualified experience you should be a strong leader, proven business partner and not afraid of embracing change in a fast paced and dynamic environment!
