This £10m revenue engineering business is a leader in its field, and it's diversified product range is used by brands across the Globe. Their leadership team is constantly improving their production capabilities keeping them at the forefront of the marketplace, and they are looking to continue driving revenue and importantly profitability with additional client contract wins.

Your new role

You will be taking ownership of financial and management accounts as well as all operational finance. You will be reporting in to the Finance Director and have the opportunity to build a team around you. Coordination of group delivery activity for half year and full year reporting. Being able to spot issues and resolve or raise them quickly. Responsible for the commentary on the Balance Sheet variances to budget. Assisting with the development of budgets on a quarterly basis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a sound technical accounting knowledge from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. Ideally experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process as well as demonstrating your operational exposure of working at various manufacturing facilities and product production. Importantly you will act with natural leadership qualities and show your ability to come up with and lead on strategic initiatives whilst working with a range of colleagues across the business. Experience of using Sage200 is desirable.
