Finance Business Partner - Transport Company - £50,000 - First Time Mover from Practice

Your new company
A large, well established UK travel company which is looking to expand their finance team with a Finance Business Partner.


Your new role
In your new role as Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading a number of commercial teams to deliver project support. Alongside this you will take ownership of delivery of the groups shared services and deliver continuous process improvement. You will help the business continue to consistently grow by driving the shared service centre strategy. Finally, you will drive and encourage a diverse and inclusive culture.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) qualified first time mover from practice looking to make your first step into industry. Experience of working with transport / travel companies is desirable. You should also have experience of managing a team and have the ability to improve processes. Finally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate to stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
