Your new company
Hays are delighted to be partnering with this leading Liverpool consumer goods business. The company has a large shared service centre and finance function offering a variety of career paths to ambitious accountants.
Your new role
As a Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the entities under your charge. This varied role will include Statutory Accounting, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Tax and VAT and will give you a rounded view of Financial Accounting operations in a large and complex company.
You will also use your knowledge of financial controls to review processes and also integrate any new acquisitions.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified accountant with a sound understanding of financial accounting. Ideally you will have trained in Audit and have some exposure to consolidation.
