The role will also offer the potential for involvement in wide ranging tax planning and advisory projects across areas like international tax, capital allowances, group relief, R and D, due diligence and other tax planning.

Description

Joining as Corporate Tax Manager based from their Milton Keynes offices there is scope to mould the level of the role and responsibilities around the background and experience of the right professional. You will manage the delivery of corporate Tax compliance along with increasing involvement on wide ranging corporate tax advisory project work. Examples include International Tax and cross border reorganisations, advising on a wide range of clients on all aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, and corporate reconstructions. Alongside this there could be involvement in R&D project work, international Tax advice and other one off project work delivering a wide range of Corporate Tax solutions. The role will be moulded to a degree to suit and work around the strengths and preferences of the right professional, whilst also offering the chance to develop your advisory and technical skill set further with a clear route to progress on offer.

Profile

For this Corporate Tax Manager role the ideal candidate will be/ have:

  • Any ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
  • Several years worth of practice experience having been developed within accountancy practice firm background.
  • A mix of compliance and planning skills
  • Expertise in some areas of Corporate Tax advisory project work and be looking to develop further in other areas.
  • You will have opportunity to work on wide ranging work where you will have opportunity to develop your technical skill set within a supportive team and office culture.

Job Offer

Salary of £50,000 - £70,000 + dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable
