Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a leading Financial Services/Insurance Group based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire to recruit for a dynamic and driven Finance Business Partner. An exciting opportunity to join a growing finance team assisting the Senior Finance BP to develop and manage a successful business alongside providing key KPI's and managing the budget and forecasting processes. This permanent Finance Business Partner role is offering remote/office hybrid working, progression/development, group benefits scheme and more. Your new role

Your key duties will involve interpreting, explaining, and driving performance within the business using business KPI's. Providing ad hoc analysis and insight on specific issues, liaising, and working with new acquisitions to obtain MI from their current systems for monthly reporting and verify accuracy of newly integrated month-end numbers. You will prepare the monthly reporting pack, budgeting and forecasting processes including weekly/monthly and annually, along with tracking revenue and initiatives. You will attend various business meetings to gain commercial insights, work closely with the MI team to report any data errors and be involved in various financial projects to support business growth. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner you will support with ad-hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this exciting Finance Business Partner role you will need some experience within a similar role and have worked within the Financial Services or Insurance sector previously. You will need strong MS Excel skills with the ability to understand data using IT tools to finance and non-finance team members, highly organised with excellent communication skills and trained in a range of financial systems. You will have an analytical and focussed approach with key commercial awareness, ideally you will be part-qualified/qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience.

This permanent Finance Business Partner role is offering a salary between £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependable on experience based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire with remote/office hybrid working.
