Your new company
A leading law firm is looking to hire a finance business partner to join the London finance function. This is a highly reputable firm presenting an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a successful finance team. Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Supporting practice group to drive financial performance through appropriate plans and structures.
  • Annual budgeting & forecasting processes.
  • Supporting the development of fee earners understanding of financial matters
  • Supporting on pricing and profitability
  • Drive working capital improvements


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with previous experience in the legal or professional services sectors. You will need to be an experienced business partner, capable of getting buy in from senior stakeholders and influencing decision making. You must have a background in the legal sector or in a partner led environment. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with a personal gravitas that allows you to build strong working relationships.
