Finalist/Qualified Finance Business Partner | Market Leading PLC | Flexible and Hybrid Working | Swindon

Your new role
You'll be joining a leading Swindon employer and highly reputable brand in a critical commercial business partnering role. As an experienced accountant and business partner, you'll be supporting the wider business by providing financial and analytical support, reports and insight and leading budgeting and forecasting cycles.

You'll be managing 1 direct report (studier) and providing support to the Senior Finance Business Partner by way of weekly and monthly reporting, month end processes incl. variance analysis, and working with senior stakeholders influencing business decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a finalist/qualified accountant with experience as a business partner (either as a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst in a large organisation, or as a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager in a smaller business). It's crucial you excel at excel and are quick to understand and interpret data to identify risks and opportunities. Line management experience and retail experience are desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return

  • Base salary of £40,000 - £50,000
  • Car allowance of circa. £4,000 paid in cash
