An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a large, listed property firm based in central London.

Description
Key responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner include:
Submit monthly accounting reporting packs to the ExCo
Integral part of the annual external audit process, responsible for various audit deliverables. Also responsible supporting the internal audit process
- Analysis and interpretation of the portfolio results against prior forecasts and budgets.
Responsible for maintaining balance sheet reconciliations for entities.
Prepare financial data/information on an adhoc basis.
Ability to quickly identify and understand the business strategy and use this knowledge to provide relevant insight into business performance.
Provide proactive support to the business while ensuring the rigor and integrity of the reporting process follows the structures of a publicly listed organisation.
Provide a forward-looking and commercial view supported by a strong finance toolkit and excellent communication skills to help articulate different options and influence decisions
