Financial Controller opportunity working with a fast-growing SME
Your new company
A fast-growing suppliers in Hampshire are looking for a talented Financial Controller as they continue their upwards trajectory having doubled their profit in recent years. With a modern office located in Petersfield you will work with a diverse and energetic team on a hybrid working arrangement.
Your new role
You will manage the day to day finance function with a team of 5 whilst assist on the monthly management accounts, annual budget and quarterly forecasts, maintaining up to date systems records and processes and ensuring accurate management information is produced.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a qualified status (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and have a track record of financial reporting and strong leadership and communication skills. Have the ability to work independently whilst mentor a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
