Interim Financial Controller - Law Firm - London
Your new company
Your new company is a specialist law firm based in Central London, they have been growing quickly and are looking to hire a Financial Controller to step into a more senior role in the firm.
Your new role
You will be reporting into the Practice Manager who was previously Finance Director and is looking to move into a more strategic role and would like an FC who can take on some of his responsibility. You will be managing a small team responsible for all accounting for the firm. You will be responsible for all management reporting for the firm and working with Partners on budgeting, forecasting and commercial matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant who has experience in a legal or professional service sector. You will have a strong background in Management Accounting and internal reporting. You will have experience managing teams and working closely with senior stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
This role is an interim role while they recruit permanent so you could go temp to permanent. You will be on a daily rate of £400-£450/day PAYE or £500-£550/day umbrella (permanent salary is £100,000). You will be working in a growing law firm with opportunity to progress and take on a number one role.
