Description
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of reconciliation and control advisors, overseeing the daily workflow and guiding the team
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensuring efficient processes and system designs through the implementation of finance transformation
- Supporting the treasury back-office manager with the management of the wider Cash and Treasury Team
- Handle key external and internal partner relationships to ensure the consistent delivery of service
- Making sure annual and periodical audits are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Experience managing a large team (essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial information
- Experience working with high transactional volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management
