Michael Page are partnering with a Top 20 Firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to recruit a Senior Manager / Director to join their firm as a key addition with increasing responsibility and career development on offer, as part of this successful team. This is a unique role, focussing on internal processes and performance for a number of offices in the South East. This role has excellent opportunities to develop, clear routes to progress, and will suit someone with Practice exposure looking to enhance their career. This role can be mainly remote, with travel to offices in South East when necessary.

Description

Joining as a Senior Manager / Director you will be tasked with keeping a number of offices in the South East performing well and also improving the performance of some offices too. There will be a heavy emphasis on partnering with office managers and directors to ensure business needs are being met, processes are as efficient as possible, problem solving, reviewing and introducing new and innovative ways to maintain and win new business. This role will suit someone with a practice background and an investigative and driven mindset.

Profile

  • You may be any of ACCA, ACA and/or CTA qualified.
  • You will have a career background developed within accountancy practice.
  • You will be an investigative and driven person looking to further their career.
  • A strong communicator who has the ability to converse with stakeholders across all levels.
  • A willingness to travel to offices when required.

Job Offer

    Up to £110,000 dependent on experience, background and qualifications - negotiable.A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.Role can be mainly remote, with travel when needed - or flexible / hybrid.Excellent training and Development opportunities.Excellent Company culture.
