Your new role
You will be responsible for all financial accounting activities and managing of the associated Financial Accounting team to ensure the accounts for this division are produced timely and accurately. You will provide leadership skills that empower team members to meet their goals and drive positive change.
Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and strong internal control, driving automation and cost reduction improvements where possible. Manage the relationship with the company's statutory accounting outsourcing partner, to ensure compliance is maintained as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Manage and coordinate the regional financial closing process to ensure deadlines are met, financials are reported timely and transparently, and effective internal controls are in place.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven managerial experience and strong technical accounting skills. You will demonstrate advanced Excel skills and experience of working with an ERP system. You will constantly be looking to improve existing processes & procedures.
