Your new role

In your new role as Finance Manager you will take full ownership of the companies financial controls along with the management of the transactional team which include; sales ledger, purchase ledger and accounts assistant. You'll be tasked with the implementation of the companies accounting processes in line with their new ERP system. You will be prepared to business partner with the companies operations team with stock management, creditors and debtors and purchase journal . You will lead the companies payroll along with the submissions of the statutory submissions to HMRC. In addition, you will oversee both the HR and IT departments.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this exciting yet challenging position you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or QBE working with a similar organisation. You'll have strong communication and leadership skills and can demonstrate experience of process improvement within an owner managed SME. Previous experience with ERP system implementation would be highly beneficial. Along with HR and IT experience.
