Permanent Finance Business Partner job just outside Dundee, upto £50,000 + hybrid working & career progression

Your new company

Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established & growing client based in equal distance from both Perth & Dundee for a permanent Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 for a qualified individual depending on experience, however there may also be an opportunity for the right part qualified individual at a lower salary level. This role offers extremely flexible hybrid working (minimum of 2 days a week in office) + strong career progression opportunities & bonus.

Your new role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be in a key role, working with various senior business stakeholders to drive the development & monitoring of robust financial processes, controlling of budgets & financial planning & reporting. You will assist with the development of new financial models, & complete KPI reporting. You will complete various monthly reports including management & P & L with variances to budget. You will complete financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting and strong finance business partnering with multiple financial & non financial stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a Qualified (or nearly qualified) finance professional with strong experience within finance business partnering. You will have exceptional financial analysis & reporting skills & possess advanced Excel skills. You will be confident working in a dynamic & fast paced environment with a proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
