Exciting permanent role, Payroll Manager based in High Wycombe. Up to £35,000 DOE.

Your new company
Highly respected global service company based in High Wycombe. They are looking for an experienced payroll manager/ supervisor, to join there established and successful finance team.

Your new role

  • To ensure payroll is administered and processed accurately and that staff are paid promptly.
  • To ensure all payroll deductions, both statutory and others, are correctly calculated.
  • To liaise with external payroll providers to ensure the payroll system is compliant with current legislation.
  • To ensure that the relevant journals, are accurately prepared and posted in a timely manner.
  • To ensure the payroll year end process are completed in accordance with current legislation.
  • To control the companies P11D process.
  • Ordering of Childcare vouchers for Eden Red Scheme & processing the Computershare scheme.
  • Compile the company Headcount Report.
  • To assist and provide analysis as required.
  • To liaise with the company's pension providers to ensure that the requirements of the pension scheme a reflected in the payroll set up.
  • To collate the necessary information needed to complete the company's PSA returns.
  • To keep up to date with current employment legislation e.g. PAYE, national insurance, pension legislation etc.
  • Responsible for the management/ development / appraising / directing of work for the Payroll Administrator.
  • To identify and implement process improvements and to resolve issues with the payroll system.
  • To be responsible for and resolve any payroll queries.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have 3-4 years experience in payroll.
  • ADP experience.
  • People Management
  • Experience in pensions, P11D's
