Your new role
You and your team will provide financial insights, performance reports and ad-hoc analysis around a range of commercial topics from margin to performance against budget through to competitor analysis and product cannibalisation. You will play a key role in planning and forecasting cycles and work as a business partner to a range of stakeholders which require a persuasive and influential style. You will coach and mentor a small team and support a range of projects aimed at improving best practice so that more time can be spent on true business partnering.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with recent experience in a commercially facing role. You will have ideally led and motivated other team members (formally preferred but informally will also be considered) and demonstrate an inquisitive mind in order to make things more efficient. You will demonstrate an assertive, yet relationship building approach in order to develop relationship with your stakeholder group.
