Your new company
Hays are pleased to be supporting a Top 10 Accountancy Firm, with a reputable presence in Edinburgh, to support in the growth of their Corporate Finance operations. Due to continued growth within the team, the requirement for a motivated, self-starter Qualified Accountant with an interest in corporate finance has become available.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting on the advisory of all aspects of corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions; due diligence and fundraising support. You will be working with a large variety of clients from small medium sized organisations through to large corporates within the local area. This role will report directly into one of the Partners and manage part of the corporate finance team including some newer members of staff. You will continue to develop new and existing business through key relationship building.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA or equivalent) with prior experience working in an accountancy firm and managing your own portfolio of clients. You will demonstrate a background in managing mergers and acquisitions or financial due diligence for an established network of contacts in your previous role(s). You will be a strong team player with a willingness to positively support the team and the wider business to achieve overall goals.
