I drove to a client HQ in Northallerton yesterday morning and noted the lack of traffic - tends to be the case in the countryside, doesn't it?
As I travelled down the driveway, the surroundings consisted of green space full of birds, rabbits, and lovely coloured trees, plus, many solar panels in one of the fields to the side.
You can tell they provide high-end quality goods - the inside was decorated in unique, bright, modern art and décor.
Into the kitchen, where the MD made me a cuppa, I clocked the large collection of luxury teas and a fully stocked bar.
On a Friday afternoon, if you want to wind down before clocking off with a small vino or beer, it's there for everyone.

I'm looking for someone with energy - proactive, confident, assertive, and creative. You'll be the type of person who likes to question, make suggestions, and challenge the norm.
Your ability to communicate well with all levels from the board through to the shop floor is important, as is your ability to manage the day-to-day, empower and include the team, and share your ideas to make improvements.
