Your position will be for an offshore drilling company, their fleet is one of the most modern and effective compared to their competition in key areas such as size and flexibility. They understand the enormous impact that improved technology can have on the business, they continuously collect data to progress their performance, efficiency and safety. Their compliance function and values give direct to all stakeholders in their business operations.
Your new role
In your new role as Compliance Manager you will operate in a small team and report to the Chief Compliance Officer. Key activities will include the likes of creating AML, Corruption, Data Protection and Trade Compliance programs. You will also be aiding other compliance professionals within the organisation creating a collaborative environment. Another key task will be producing and updating their Ethics and Compliance Frameworks in regard to Whistleblowing and Investigating, Human Rights, Code of Conduct and Internal Investigation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Legal or relevant degree with multiple years of suitable experience.
- Exceptional ability to analyse AML, Data Protection and Trade Compliance programs.
- Excellent project management.
- Holistic and pragmatic thinking with a results based approach.
