Account Assistant - Part Time - Up to 24.5 Pro-Rata.
Your new company
Is a multi-million established hospitality business based in Chorley who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join the team.
Part Time - Position up to 25 hours. Flexible.
Your new role
Matching and inputting purchase invoices and credit
- Matching purchase orders
- Finalising the accounts
- Closures of Accounts
- Liaising with departments to ensure purchase orders.
- Banks Recs
- Assist with month end.
- Handling all post/emails related invoices and any other related duties including scanning
- Supporting the finance team as required
The Person
- Excellent communication skills
- Use to a fast-paced environment.
- Hard working
- Ambitious
- Adaptable to business requirements within set deadlines
- Ability to set out priorities.
- Positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years experience within a purchase ledger role.
- Use to a fast-paced environment.
- Use of Excel or Oracle - desirable.
