Your new company

Your new Company is a major Maritime Transport business, having over 50 offices in over 25 countries. They have tens of thousands of seafaring employees supported by thousands of land based colleagues.

They have decades of experience that has meant they are able to blend both of their services together making a seamless transition between ship management and maritime support to provide a unique service and meet their customers needs whilst always making sure that safety is the number one priority.

Your new role

For your new role as Business Integrity Manager you will report directly to the General Counsel whilst also getting a hybrid working model, spending 2-3 days in the London office a week although from time to time there will be travel. You will be primarily tasked with making sure that Whistleblowing is supported making sure any issues are raised to Senior Management this will involve managing the Whistleblowing Hotline.

In this role you will get the opportunity to build Compliance policy and procedure from scratch as this is a new position within the organisation, this means you will be able to create a truly meaningful impact on this multinational company and make a lasting mark on the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience dealing with Whistleblowing and Raising Awareness.
  • A background in Shipping or other Heavy Industry is preferable.
  • Multiple year experience in a Compliance Role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
