Part - time Finance Manager

Im currently working with a high growth digital marketing company with a focus on lead generation through social media. They are an innovative company with developments into a range of other sectors. They pride themselves on the high standard that all work is done to, with a focus on customer satisfaction and a return on investment across all campaigns. With offices in the UK an US they have a global offering to their clients. They are looking for a Finance Manager to initially join them on a part time basis to improve monthly reporting as the business scales. As a business they are cash rich however their processes have fallen behind their growth - alongside building out reporting you will take ownership of the cashflow management, forecasting and oversee one junior accountant who is responsible for the transactional finance. They have grown to 20 heads across the 2 offices and intend to double this is 2023. I am really keen to speak with qualified Finance Managers who are looking to work 2 to 3 days a week in in a growing business. You will be joining a growing business and be able to drive real change. This role is outside of IR35 and very flexible on hybrid working.
