Your new company
This role is with a renowned challenger Bank that specialises in mortgages, car loans, and consumer lending. In the past few years, they have focussed on growing their balance sheet and have therefore acquired numerous institutions.
Your new role
This position would sit within the Finance Department and is central to the delivery of the Bank's Regulatory Reporting function (including Capital and Liquidity). The purpose of the role is to further the efficiency of their reporting, reviewing existing controls, and improving / building new ones where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
Apart from being a Qualified Accountant and having in-depth knowledge of Basel 3 / CRD IV (including COREP), this candidate should have experience with the production of FINREP, PRA, and BoE reports. The ideal candidate would also have some audit experience and come from a similar banking environment, particularly relating to the manual preparation of returns.
